Global Online Data Entry Job ---------------------------------------- Terms & conditions cum contract Agreement [1] Global Online Data Entry Jobs [GODEJ], is a Sub-division of Global Info service [GIS]. GODEJ provides online Data Entry work to people who are interested in the same. [2] GODEJ acts only as a mediator between the candidate & Online Data Work providing companies. GIS use to launch the work files on the server which candidates can complete in appropriate time. [3] The online work files are linked with the server of more than 50 companies, who regularly updates the files as per their requirements. [4] Candidates who are joining GODEJ are on their own will & are not forced by GIS or any other third party. [5] GIS is more concerned with accuracy of the data that candidates feed online. Minimum accuracy to be maintained for each assignment is 98%. [6] Accuracy here indicates level of acceptability of the completed work. Criteria of Acceptable Assignment are kept between 98% to 100%. If accuracy comes below 98% even 97.99% than that Assignment will be considered as invalid Assignment and no payment will be made for it. [7] To get started candidates have to pay a non-refundable registration fees of Rs.2000/- or $55 for beginner typist and Rs.3500/- or $95 for professional typist, which is totally non-refundable. The fees has been charged on behalf of consultancy fees, giving direct links to different companies servers & maintaining monthly accuracy cum account report of every candidate. [8] After getting registered successfully candidates will be provided with their username & password to get connected to the server. Candidates who are making online payments will be getting username & password within 48 hours. Candidates who are sending their Registration form along with Cheque or Demand Draft will be getting username & password after their payment realisation. [9] Candidates have to fulfill daily work quota of minimum 225 Assignments as a beginner typist in first 15 days in order to get continue work. Similarly as a professional typist candidate must submit a minimum of 750 assignments in first 15 days to get continuation in work. Likewise to get paid for the first and onwards, every month candidates have to submit a minimum of 450 assignments as a beginner typist and a minimum of 1500 assignments as a professional typist. If candidates are not maintaining 15 days record, than his/her account will be terminated. If candidate is not submitting the minimum no. of required assignments every month, than he/she is not eligible for payment and further work. [10] After submission of each Assignment candidate will get one copy of completed work to their email address as a receipt of completed work for proof. They can use these copies later to cross check their mistakes if any. [11] All completed Assignments will be sent directly to the respective company’s server back for checking purpose. GIS does not take any part in doing any type of accuracy checking. [12] Every first week of each month completed accuracy & checking report of each assignment will be sent to the candidate, along with payment if any generated. [13] GIS don’t take any responsibility of the checking report candidates get, but will assure that everything should be 100% correct before it reaches to the customer. [14] GIS only acts as a mediator between you the candidate & the companies in all type of transaction that is linking you with companies server, sending your completed work to companies server, getting back the checking report for you & payment if any generated. [15] GIS or work providing companies are not responsible if you are unable to submit the work on any particular day due any of the personal reason, computer problem, electricity problem, internet problem, death of any family member. [16] GIS or work providing companies are not at all concerned with your internet charges or bills. [17] Account Termination: [1] If any operator is submitting less than 225(Beginner)/750(Professional) correct assignments in first 15 days, account will be terminated. Reason GIS can't take risk with operators who are submitting very less files. [2] If any operator is submitting less than 450(Beginner) / 1500(Professional) correct assignments in 30 days from the activation date, account will be terminated. Reason operator has to submit minimum target of work. [3] If any Data Entry Operator violates any of the terms & conditions of GIS than his/her account will be terminated. [4] If operator is re-distributing work to other people his/her account will be terminated. [18] Candidate is taking this data entry work as on your proficiency. You have to do typing in this work. You are not allowed to use any kind of software for this. If found than immediately your account will be terminated. [19] Candidates have to work as per the instructions given by GIS from time to time. [20] Decision of our technical team will be final and binding. No dispute shall be entertained with regards to certification of data or accuracy of data. [21] No reason shall be entered in Non completion of data work. [22] Sub-Contract of this job work is strictly not permitted. [23] Firm has authority to change its terms & conditions from time to time. [24] User is paying non-refundable registration amount of Rs.2000/- or $55 as beginner typist and Rs.3500/- or $95 as a professional typist per account to the firm that is consultancy & administration charges of Firm. [25] Firm is not responsible for TAXES, Its responsibility of the person who is taking up the work. Firm will deduct only 5.1% tax from total income. [26] Firm has complete rights to change terms & conditions and Work instruction, Registration Fees & changes in Plans & Accuracy. [27] The contract period is for life time. However it depends how long the data is received from different companies. In case of earlier termination of contract period because of non availability of any data GIS is not responsible. However GIS will intimate the candidate before 5 months regarding termination of contract. [28] Complaint and Jurisdiction: - In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties (User and Firm) here to relating to or arising out of this terms, including the implementation, execution interpretation, rectification, validity, enforceability, termination or rescission there of, including the rights, obligations or liabilities of the parties (User and Firm) here to, the same will be adjudicated and determined by arbitration. The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendment or re-enactment thereof is force in India, shall govern the reference. Either party shall appoint their respective Arbitrator or the Arbitrators thus appointed should appoint the third Arbitrator who shall function as the presiding Arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat State only. The Courts in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat State shall have exclusive jurisdiction entertain, try and determine the same.
